Unable to view my DirecTV bill online

I logged into the account and clicked on the relevant links and got bounced between AT&T and DirecTV site. I've talked to different tech support reps for a few hours, and got nowhere. Is there anything that I can do/provide to troubleshoot my problem further.

Sounds like your account is still being transferred over to the DIRECTV side. Since AT&T and DIRECTV are now two separate companies, all of the DIRECTV accounts that used to be managed over on the AT&T side have now been simultaneously transferred over to DIRECTV.com. During this process, many people see their online accounts having trouble loading the bill, current programming package, managing receivers, issues logging in generally, etc.

The most you can do right now is wait. I doubt any phone representative can speed up the process for you (unfortunately). 

Although, it is always worth it to try. Call DIRECTV ( number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot. An agent from that specific department may be able to perform some magic for you.

I've already spent a lot of time on the phone with the reps and got nowhere.

Then waiting is all you can do. Agents over the phone don't control the migration between companies. Sometimes they can reset the login/account, but if you're caught in the transfer then just have to let it finish.

Though it is taking some time, I hope it goes faster and smoother than back when AT&T acquired DirecTV.
