To make a payment arrangement or promise to pay, the article says to go to My Account and choose "Need more time to pay?"
Neither the header nor the phrase exists. Any ideas?

Website is being updated for the new co-owner. So if it is not available online, call DirecTV and request to make a Payment Arrangement (not Promise to Pay).
Be aware the arrangement only pushes back the date you would have service shut off for past due. It does not get rid of late fees and does not push back when the current (non-past due) bill is to be paid.
