Sunday ticket reward
We signed up for direct tv then Sunday ticket as there was an offer for a reward card upon sign up. We have talked to customer support multiple times and they all tell us different ways to submit for the reward card. We sent an email and still no reward card. I would not have spent the $400 plus dollars if I would have known direct tv would play games and not give us a reward card.

DirecTV no longer has the NFL Sunday Ticket. The 2022 season was the last one before the NFL went with Youtube's streaming-only option. So you are a year after the fact.
Check the order confirmation for any promotions and instructions on redeeming them (including how long you had). If it was a 3rd party offer on top of the national offer, then DirecTV will not have record of it and you will need to discuss with the the 3rd party retailer instead.
