Still no resolution. I pay for a service and still is not fixed.

I've called twice in one week about the same issue. Last night the rep said a supervisor will call me in one hour. No one ever called.

What's the issue? Perhaps we can help. Describe issue (symptoms, error messages, etc.), model of boxes, and what you've tried so far to fix.

On another note, supervisor callbacks are practically non-existent. Too many agents (of any company) use that as a way to get you off the phone so their handle time is not destroyed (as well as their compliance to schedule with breaks, lunch, and clocking out).
