Statements being sent to old email
I've been with Direct Tv since 2014. We changed emails a few years ago. We dropped Direct Tv this summer and decided to pick it back up. Even though my email is correct in my profile and verified on the phone with a direct tv csa...I'm still getting statements sent to the Wrong email address. Luckily I have access to that account, but I don't check it often.
How can we get Direct Tv to go in our profile and make sure all OLD contact info is deleted?

You have both logged into your account and called DirecTV to verify that your paperless billing is set to the correct email? I would verify both one more time, even have it changed and saved to be sure (might cause it to refresh).
But if after that it still goes to the old address, and you've verified you don't have email forwarding setup, then request a supervisor to escalate it as they may need to open an in-house trouble ticket. That should be as high as it needs to go, but failing everything else the last resort is BBB for a complaint sent to corporate.
