JUST FILLED OUT FORMS AND REPORTED THE AT HOME WORKERS FOR BEING EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPING ME. DIRECT TV WAS SCHEDULED TO COME TO MY HOUSE 3 FOR 3 DAYS IN A ROW THEY JUST SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP WITH NO CALLS TO LET ME KNOW OR ANYTHING.THE PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY WORK FROM HOME EMPLOYEES BC THEY JUST DOMT CARE AND PASS THE BUCK. THEY NEED TO BE SUPERVISED AND WORRY ANOUT THE THINGS THEY SAY TO CUSTOMERS AND THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ANYTHING. I HEAR THEM PLAYING LOUD MUSIC AND LAUGHING IN THE BACKGROUND AND ITS UNPROFESSIONAL. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ONE PERSON TRY SOLVING MY PROBLEM. IM GOING TO SHOW YOU ONE CONVERSATION I HAD WITH AN EMPLOYEE. THIS EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO MAKE ME MADDER,

Be aware this is a public forum of other customers. If you truly have "reported" (such as a BBB complaint), then they get official notice that way. So posting that you've "reported" is a bit redundant.
If you want help and guidance from other customers than detail the technical issue you are having. Just please avoid ALL CAPS so it is not difficult to read.
