You have to contact DirecTV. You could try their webform www.directv.com/paymentdispute otherwise you call when they are open. Be aware that manual refund requests are reviewed and approved/denied by their financial department within 10 days.
And 330 - 110 is not 220.64. Make sure with your request you are precise on amounts.
