Recover DirecTV service

What must I do to recover my DirecTV service?  I have two (2) TVs of which one (1) TV operates with about 60 vertical lines that interfere with my viewing.

Not sure what you're describing. Can you post a photo? What DirecTV DVR/Receiver models do you have? When did the problem start? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I am unable to show a photo.

My 60 vertical lines are with Model HR54-500.

My no connection are with Model C41-100.

Problems began a few weeks ago.

Resetting TVs has no affect.

Verify coax is finger tight to both boxes.

Check that HDMI cords is secure and free of debris on both ends.

Change TV's INPUT/SOURCE to the one plugged into (HDMI-1, HDMI-2, etc.)

(Resetting TVs usually puts them back on the antenna input by default).

Try another HDMI cord and even another port on the TV if available.

(Make sure to change INPUT/SOURCE accordingly)

Red button reset the Genie (HR54) and if fixed then the Mini Genie (C41).

You can unplug power from the HR54 for a couple minutes to clear cached memory. This will dump guide data which should acquire again within 24-48 hours.

Make sure you are not using a 'smart' power strip and have HDMI-CEC turned off if your TV has it. These don't play well with DirecTV equipment.

Did anything happen or change before the issue started?

If the above doesn't fix the issue, you may need to get a warranty replacement for your HR54. That feeds any Mini Genies you have, so if it goes down so do your other TVs. (that is why I have regular HDDVRs with my Genie to not put all eggs in one basket).
