Go to DirecTV's website.

Log into your account.

Under your account overview will be a link for "Billing and payments".

Input payment info and submit.

Process is practically the same for any company that has online payments.

I can’t even do that !!! I have called several times , also used the chat robot !!!!  That is not right direct tv wish I had a human to fix this problem !!!! No help at all this link stinks !!!!
