Again my appointment s not going to happen. I just checked yesterday and e erything was OK. Now I have a note saying my appointment is on hold, but no one can tell me why. The first time I had a day and time, but when they didn't show or call they said I didn't have an appointment and I I didn't have an account.im rather tired of all the excuses. Y husband and I were loyal customers for over 20 years. My husband passed 10 m9nths ago, but i stayed with direct tv. Now i have oved a d all i want is someone to come a d intall this..

DirecTV like other companies has been short staffed since the pandemic, which includes their techs. Unfortunately having to reschedule appointments has been needed too often as a result.
This has nothing to do with your 20+ years of service, just staffing issues. Supposedly as people are going back to traditional jobs, and the new co-owner taking over DirecTV operations, that it is slowly getting better.
