Need Help

I was told by the collections that my old account was taken to that they no longer have it on their desk anymore. How do I pay the bill if Im.not able to call

Once an account is sold to a collection agency you deal with them, DTV no longer has anything to do with it.

DirecTV no longer owns the balance. So you deal with the collection agency.

If you don't know who that is, then call DirecTV and get the name and number for the agency it was sent to. That info would be on their "desk".
