My direct tv account no longer exists?

Hello, 2 of my direct tv business accounts no longer exist. I paid these monthly over the phone through the automated system for 2 years and now it states that there is no such account when I try to make a payment. I even talked to a rep and they said the same thing. There was no record of any payment I have ever made, even looking up my address, the company name, and account number. I currently have the services in my facility working properly but I am not able to make payment. What is going on? What should I do?

You need to call the business number if you called the regular residential number 1-800-531-5000.  This is a customer to customer forum that mainly deals with residential systems.

I did call the business number and spoke to them there. But I'll ask the business forum if there is such thing

There is a business forum but not sure if it is for AT&T or DTV or both.

The business forum seems to be for everything business under the AT&T umbrella. I am surprised it hasn't migrated to a sub-forum of this one or a separate one specifically for DirecTV business accounts. With the new co-owner taking over operations perhaps the business account side is more in depth for those updates and so is lagging behind the residential forum.
