Missing credit

How do i dispute a missing credit for my current and Januarys bills? I chatted with customer service for 20 minutes only to be told that yes they see the missing credit but they couldnt help me. I needed to call. Is there a way to get thid taken care of without calling? Is there an email address?

DTV doesn't have email support.

Customer support is still by calling. Online chat is only supplemental to regular support. And too often chat provides bad info and no record of it goes on the account (chat history deletes once closed).

There is no email support. Support is 'live' either by chat (not suggested) or calling. So yes, support by phone is still normal.
