Master card debit card
I received a debit card but when i try to use the card the register asks for 4 digit code. I don’t remember having or creating a code. I tried calling the number in the back of the card but it’s a machine and can’t reach anyone.

No, not as a reward. I canceled my subscription and had overpaid. They sent me the difference in a debit card.
