Manage My Subscription.

When I click "Manage My Subscription." the screen just turns blank and pulses with grey boxes. Does anyone know why this is happening. I've tried using my phone and PC.

If you’ve tried already on both your phone and PC, it must be an issue with your online account. Being this is a public forum, the most we can suggest is calling DIRECTV ( number in my greeting below) to sort it out.
