I am being charged for a fraudulent account.

​I have never been to Florida that time(10/01/2019-02/11/2020). I have been charged for an account I never had. Please contact me @ (Edited as per community guidelines) or (Edited as per community guidelines). The account number is (Edited as per community guidelines) from IC Collections for $742.00 is not mine. I hope I do not have to hire an attorney or contact the BBB to resolve this!​

DTV doesn't call you, you call them.

You have posted your info on a public forum for all the scammers in the world to see, remove it.

First of all this is a public forum, so never post personal info. That is why the system edited it out.

Like many companies, you don't demand that they call you. If you want support then you take the time to call them. However in this case, you file a dispute with their Identity Theft Team/Fraud Department. Since the account in question has already gone to a collection agency, you will have to address with them as well as they now own the balance.
