How to reach someone that can make a decision?
I have been trying to get a dispute settled for several months. Bottom line, we don’t agree on what transpired. Every time I contact DTV I get a different person and a different answer. Even when I think I have something resolved, it does not play out. Then when I call back ( and may I say go through everything again!) I get a different story. I even wrote a dispute letter, which has to be MAILED in order to be considered, I never hear back. What do you have to do to speak with someone with the authority to handle a situation.
Very unhappy with DTV, very, very unhappy. If they record every conversation, why don’t they listen to them so you don’t have to keep revisiting it. At this point I have talked to so many people I can’t remember the timeline, or all the detours.

So what is the dispute? BTW reps can NOT listen to a recorded call that's not the purpose at all. calls are recorded (not all of them) for quality and training purposes only.

@DOVEY
If over the phone and mailing a letter are getting no response or many different answers, I would consider a BBB complaint at this point. Goes to the corporate level, usually resulting in them contact you within a few business days.
They do not record every conversation, that is an unfounded belief too many people have. Like other companies, they MIGHT monitor/record calls for training and quality purposes. This is not for record keeping. And even if one of your calls was chosen randomly that is for in-house use only to coach and train their agents, not to be stored long-term.

How do talk to the person that says they can help me? Another obstacle to reaching DTV. They offered to help if I could DM them, but I see no indication how to do that. HELP

When they send a PM/DM a box with lines in it appears at the top of this page near the bell icon, to send DTV a PM you need to go to 1 of their social media websites.
