file complaint

Where can I find and number or email to corporate office to file a complaint bout customer service  double charging my bill  website stating one thing and the rudeness customers  there has to be a way.  DirectV  is a dishonest company with dishonest ppl working in their customer service and like to insault you and be rude put blame on you ect...  Got my blood pressure up and told them and they didn't seem to care.

I know the supervisors have numbers they can give you to call with complaints above them and they lie and say no you have to find it yourself by googling it.

Been a loyal customer for 4 / 4 1/2 yrs  and to be treated so ugly like a lower class piece of (Edited per community guidelines) under their feet is horrible  and to be told how they are now closed and I still have them on the line

How or whom can I get in contact with to file a complaint above their customer service ppl?

All they do is read FAQ protocol (Edited per community guidelines) AND SAYS YOU HAVE TO LOOK ALL THAT UP YOURSELF BY GOOGLING IT  and twist it to you being at fault and very insulative and gives you NO HELP and states they have no number or email to the cooperate office to contact them.

And love to put you on hold and hang up on you when they don't like what your saying bout how their we(Edited per community guidelines)ite states your package gets certain channels and the say " I DON'T CARE WHAT THE WE(Edited per community guidelines)ITE SAYS "

how do i file a complaint against direct tv

There is no email as DTV doesn't do email support, you call them to complain or you can file a BBB complaint.

If you have a double charge on your bill, then you call customer support. If over the phone this cannot be resolved you can try a BBB complaint as that gets sent to the corporate level. This usually results in them contacting you within a few days to discuss the situation.

Customer support agents and their supervisors do not have additional phone numbers to provide. They are to handle issues in-house. If something goes beyond, then yes it is up to you if you want to escalate it further with a BBB complaint. At that point you might be provided a special number, along with a case number (or similar) to verify you are permitted to use it.

They do not provide support by email. Any corporate email is for their use only, not for the general public.

It sounds like you have an additional concern of not getting channels the website says you do. To clarify, what is the exact name of your package, what channels are you having a problem with, and what happens when you try to access those channels? What are the models of your boxes and do you have the problem on each one?
