Equipment charges on a closed account

I returned all my equipment as instructed to a FedEx location and received a turned confirmation email with only one devise listed. Now charges appear on the closed account for returned equipment. Getting to someone in Customer Service to assist has been impossible so far.

Suggestions?

If they cannot resolve over the phone, then file a BBB complaint. That goes to the corporate level. Make sure to include the receipt from FedEx showing all the boxes they took possession of. Usually you get contacted from the Office of the President within a few business days, but prepare for a little longer as right in the middle of the holiday season.
