DVR Playlist

I can’t access my downstairs recorded DVR playlist from my genie that’s upstairs in my master bedroom I’ve tried pressing the red button on both downstairs and upstairs devices not sure why this is it was working and showing up now the playlist from downstairs isn’t showing up on the Genie upstairs anyone else have this issue and know how to fix this issue?
