Directv.com Not loading!
Issuer: When going to the DirecTV.com wed site,. I can log in and see the account overview page. I want to upgrade my package and when I click on manage my package, I get a white page and grey boxes where the selections should be. I have tried 4 different browsers, my I Phone, my Kindle Fire tablet and the same result. I have searched and done what other users have suggested, but I cant get to the "Manage Your Package" page. This is unacceptable! 20 years with this company and they can't get the web site to load properly. Now I have to either call or chat and get someone I can barley understand. I am done I think with Direct TV!

Unfortunately, being we are customers like you, there isn’t much we can do. You have already performed all that I can suggest. At this point, call directv (number in my greeting below e) and say “upgrade package” to the robot to be sent to an agent who can do this..

As a note the website itself has received multiple refreshes and huge changes so is not entirely 20 years itself.
Remember AT&T acquired DirecTV resulting in a lot of online migration. That acquisition was very rocky. Now AT&T has sold off 30% to a co-owner who has taken over DirecTV operation. This means online options and background systems are migrating again.
We can only hope that the migration with the new co-owner is smoothed out quicker than when AT&T first acquired DirecTV. Until then, you call to manage your account like we have done for years.
Any company can deal with being acquired by another or going through a rebrand or such which can throw a wrench in the works. Switching providers does not make you immune from this happening again with someone else.
