Did not get my 300.00 rewards card DIRECTV only sent me a 200.00 one! Keep your promise!

Was supposed to get a 300.00 rewards card for switching to DIRECTV from DISH NETWORK!  DIRECTV only sent me a 200.00 one. What’s up with that!?

This is a public forum, not a live running chat. People post in a thread if they choose to do so.

As you've gotten an response from the official help team, then you should respond to the PM/DM (private message/direct message). That is the in-forum message system that is direct communication. You are not going to get instant replies, so treat it more like if you were getting support by email. Once you've responded, then be patient.
