Denied

Why didn't  the representative for directv protection plan premier not explain that cracks on my laptop from mishaps aren't covered?

When you go on line it says and I quote "Mishaps happen" I filed a claim and it was denied for this reason.

None of us can know why as we are not in that rep's head.

For reference there are 3 levels of the plan, the 3rd being Protection Plan Premier WITH Accidental Damage Handling (ADH).
