Customer Service
Is there a way to rate customer service? My bill has been inconsistent since the first month. Customer service has said they would add credits back and I've never seen them. When I enquired with customer service again they said there was nothing they could do because they had no notes on it. I feel like the only thing consistent with Directv is the lies. I would like to submit my ratings and complaints somewhere.

If you're not making any changes then the bill should be consistent outside of 3 things.
Practically all intro offers include 3 months free of the premium channels (HBO, etc.). At the end of the 3 months the credit that makes them free comes off, but the channels remain unless you call to remove them.
Used to be you got an intro discount for the 1st 12 months. After that it went to regular cost for the 2nd year.
There is the annual price adjustment to account for increased costs from networks. This normally goes into effect in January, but this last one happened in November.
Like many companies they do not have a way to directly rate customer support. If over the phone you cannot get this sorted out then you have a couple options. You can post the details of your bill and what you are expecting additional credits for and we can help shed some light and provide guidance. You can also file a BBB complaint which sends your grievance to upper management (their Office of the President).
