There are no "loyalty" promotions across the board. You call DirecTV and discuss what specials might be available for your account. For those that are disatisifed with their service to the point they are considering dropping it, they can call and say "cancel" at the voice prompt to discuss with a cancellation/retention (sometimes called "loyalty") agent to see if they can address the situation. Not a guarantee on promotions in general, but they might be able to do something for a specific concern and sometimes can sweeten the pot just a little. Remember, any promotion available (if any) are temporary.
Any agent who says to check back at a specific day is passing the buck as they cannot see what might be available in the future. Mentioning as this happens too often when they don't have the answer the customer wants so makes it easier to get them off the phone.
This is a public forum of other customers so we have no access to your account to check if there are any promotions for you.
