Chat Support

Is CHAT still available on DirecTv's site ? I haven't had a button pop up for the last 5 times I wanted to contact them. The option is still available, but never get the button to connect.

The Chat button only appears when chat support reps are actually available.

DirecTV Call Centers are currently swamped due to coronavirus staffing issues. Keep trying. Be patient.

@litzdog911 I thought it used to show a button that said "Chat Busy", and changed to "Chat Available" when a rep was available. I show NO button, EVER.

No. The Chat button simply doesn't appear when no operators are available.

New customers can create an account on DTV's website to check on that, otherwise you have to call DTV 1-800-531-5000

To verify your appoint you either log into your account on DirecTV's website or call their official support number.
