Can't view invoice on website
I cannot view my invoice at directv.com. When I try to, it says that I need to go to att.com. When I go to att.com, it says that I need to go to directv.com. I just get sent back and forth between the 2 websites. I have been able to access my invoices online for years, but have not been able to for the past several months.
I have called directv customer service several times over the past 3-4 months and spoken to countless representatives in different departments and no one has been able to help me. I have been told that they are looking into it and that they will call me back. Also have been told that there is a system upgrade that is happening, but this should not take over 3 months to happen.
I have asked for paper copies, since I like to review my bills every month, but I would prefer to view them online and save a tree.
Does anyone else have this problem?
It has been beyond frustrating and makes me want to switch my TV service.

After AT&T acquired DirecTV they 'unified' the logins. This caused issues similar to what you've described.
Now DirecTV has split to a new co-owner (AT&T retains 70% ownership). This means the logins are being un-unified. Seems to be causing the same type of issues all over again.
In both cases, a potential fix is calling DirecTV and speaking to the "web support team" to reset the login. Setting it up fresh so it has cleared any 'unified' issues. If you have other AT&T services, make sure you are using a different email for the login.
If support over the phone cannot reset that access, or they have but still didn't fix it, then go with a BBB complaint. That kicks it up to the corporate level who should be able to initiate a deep dive into the system on why your login refuses to work and cannot be fully reset.
