Can’t log in and no longer have access to email address listed on account

I tried to log in to my Direct tv satellite account and after the second attempt I received a care code 205.2 error. I did not exceed the number of attempts and am trying to unlock account. I am unable to reset my password because I no longer have access to the email address on record on my account. Please tell me how to resolve this and regain account access again.
