We're now focusing on newer technology in higher demand (like, broadband connectivity and 4K compatibility). Some customers with HR44 receivers may have previously had some functionality on older software versions, but newer software is not compatible with Caller ID. I had caller ID after I got the Genesis receiver but I accidently clicked to disable it and I would like to get it back on

DTV no longer supports Caller ID so if turned off it is gone forever.
