Call direct TV

I do not have ATT internet. Not offered in “the country”. How do I access a help line. Signing in is useless if you do t have internet thru att

I e changed my password. The next day I try to sign in and I get “ you have exceeded pass word attempts … please change pass word. I would like to up grade my plan.

DTV doesn't care what internet you have as it will work without being connected to it.

1-800-531-5000 is still DTV's service line.

Having AT&T internet or not has nothing to do with being able to sign into your account. Just like any other provider, you can sign in on the website regardless who your ISP is.

Just make sure you are going to DirecTV's website and not the AT&T one. With the new co-owner, DirecTV has been split off back into its own entity. Though the website is going through growing pains because of it.

If changing the plan online is unavailable, then just call in as normal. Just like the website, call the DirecTV number instead of AT&T.
