BILL PAY
I cannot get in to pay my bill. What have you done to your site?
When I finally go to my bill, I get an error message.
Totally lost in this.
I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY IT UNTIL i CAN SEE IT!

Which DirecTV service do you have? There aren't any bills with their MyFree DirecTV service.

@JudyLittle sorry you had this experience. If you still are experiencing this issue please reach out to the DIRECTV customer care team https://www.directv.com/customer-service. MyFree DIRECTV doesn't have a bill so sounds like you are a Satellite customer.

@JudyLittle You are posting in a section of these forums dedicated to a Free service (MyFree DIRECTV), for which there is no payment necessary, so I'm confused as to why you would be trying to pay.
The error message you're displaying is coming from DIRECTV's Content Delivery Network and Web Application Firewall provider, EdgeSuite. The issue is likely that your IP address appears to be outside of the country or otherwise has reputation issues. You can try using a VPN (or not using a VPN, if you are).
You might try visiting here https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/ which shows the client IP reputation score for a related CDN/WAF product.

Do you have VPN enabled? Any extensions or blocks enabled? I receive this error when ever I have mu VPN enabled. Check your environment for any extensions or blockers.
