BBB - Customer Service

I cannot wait to go to the BBB on Direct TV. I am trying to do something very simple and it has taken over 3 hours and I am absolutely being treated like crap, and they do not care about the consumer

There will be a box with lines in it if DTVhelp has sent you a PM/DM at the top of this page.

If you get a PM, then a new icon will show at the top of the page looking like a text/speech bubble/box. Hopefully the official forum 'help' team can assist, though they are not a replacement for customer support so options might be a bit limited.

Otherwise, your comment is so vague we would need details of some sort to provide guidance in this public forum.
