Apartment Community Master Account

I'm relisting this here I have a DirecTV package through the apartment community that I rented and I'm trying to add HBO on when I called customer service they told me it can't be done the most they would do is put me a hold of check with somebody else and the original person came back on the line and told me the same thing. From my reading on here it's an MDU customer service number I need for the multiple dwelling unit Department that might be able to assist me with this. If anybody knows this telephone number can you please email me I won't be checking these "forum" messages I don't even know how thx xxxxxx

I'm looking for a number for MDU support as my apartment community provides us basic DirecTV in the apartments I have a receiver number and a card number but I don't have an account number so they keep asking for and the guy put me on hold check to somebody who came back and said they can't add on HBO I don't understand why if I just give them my receiver number and my card number they can't just create an account for me and Bill me for HBO they claim they can't do that why would they not want to sell the premium service to somebody in an apartment I can't believe they sell master account to an apartment community and not allowed the apartment units to individually upgrade when they want to by calling a number having some kind of information so I need think you can do here would be helpful. DirectTV MDU (multiple dwelling unit) department is who I need a phone number for.  thx!!!

You'll need to work with the company that services your apartment complex's MDU account.

Ask your apartment complex management for information about the company that provides their MDU DirecTV service. You'll need to contact them.

This is a public forum, mostly other customers, which is why personal info is not allowed even if not concerning for you. Just for everyone's privacy and protection as too many scams and identify theft out there.

Your apartment management should have the contact info for the MDU dealer or system operator that maintains the systems and accounts. If not, hopefully the official forum team that sent you a DM (Direct Message is a private chat in the forum) can help you locate who that is.
