Access my bill

The link to "Access Your Bill Online" doesn't work. When I tap it the response is "400 Bad Request" and "Request Header Or Cookie Too Large".

Accessing your bill online shouldn't be a problem. I apologize for any inconvenience this scenario might have caused you. I'm able to access my billing information, although that doesn't seem to include a downloadable bill. I can't find the place where I got that error.

On the page https://www.directv.com/accounts/stream/billing

Was on the "Billing & Payments" tab I see a lot of information, but nothing I would describe as a billing statement and nothing with an account number in the corner.

You're the second person who mentioned sending me a "PM". I haven't seen anything like that and don't know how to access them.

When DTV sends you a PM/DM a box with lines appears at the top of the page near the bell icon.

I've seen the bell in the top right corner, but now when I'm on this page

all I see at the top are a "hamburger" menu on the left, then a search icon, a DirecTV icon, and "Sign Out" on the right.
