samsung tv not working with direct tv stream app
My app will not work on my tv now. it has worked on and off for a few years. did the reboot. then uninstall the app ,then reset password. I still get the 600 error code . aI felt with tech support twice and they can't fix. its now escalated BUT no tv for three days while I wait for them to get back. This blows. Any help will be appreciated.

Smart TV apps, especially those for Samsung, tend to be sub-standard for DirecTV (STREAM or the secondary perk for satellite). If you are a streaming-only customer, it is suggested to have a dedicated streaming box (Roku, Firestick, etc.). This protects you against when the TV is no longer compatible (as they don't update often or in a timely fashion as focus more on selling you the next TV).
Some things to try:
Check for any firmware/software updates for the TV itself.
You can unplug power from the TV for a couple minutes to do a full power cycle.
Try a power cycle for your router as well.
You can try resetting network defaults for your TV and reconnecting to internet.
