Hard Reset C71KW-400

I have a C71KW-400.  I want to sign out of one account and sign into another.  Using "Settings, Account, Sign Out" does not work.  It keeps signing back into the old account.

I have repeatedly tried the hard reset.  It asks to sign into my router, and go through Google and so on.... but then automatically signs back into the old account.

Any other ideas?

We're sorry for the troubles you experienced with your Gemini device, Bisppain. It seems that your device is pre-configured with auto sign-in to your old account.
