Gemini

I hooked up my Gemini streaming device 2 months ago on my LG TV and everything worked fine.  Last Friday, while watching TV, the service stopped and said 'no connection'.  I've tried factory reset on LG TV, I've unplugged and re-plugged in all cables, reset modem.  Been trouble shooting for the past 3 days with nothing working.  The blue light is lit on the Gemini device and I have reset it as well.  The device has not changed HDMI ports.  The Directv remote is showing red/blue lights when pressing the 'on' button.  Suggestions?

Try a different HDMI cable, between the Gemini and the TV, a different HDMI port on the TV, or try it on a different TV.

The remote is showing blue AND red lights? Try new batteries. Should only be blue lights when you hit a button

It's kind of a bluish/redish light all at the same time.  I've changed the batteries.
