Direct TV App logon
We had a power outage and ever since the Direct TV app is asking for my account email and password. When entering my email it locks up halfway through and stops accepting any keystrokes or input. Any suggestions? I've cleared the cache on the smart TV, deleted and re-installed the Direct TV app, and replaced the batteries in the remote. Nothing has helped.

Try to unplug the TV for a couple of minutes

If it is an app, delete it and reinstall it. Then sign in.
