I can't login to my DirecTV account

Hello, i recently started a subscription. I tried to register my account and make a User ID because that was what i was told to do on the email they sent me. When i went to Create a user ID, i entered all the correct information that was needed to create a user ID. Then it this red thing pops up on the top of my screen saying "Something went wrong. Please try again.(MSIDENTITY_009)". I've tried everything in my power but nothing works. Please respond with what i can do to get access to my account. Thanks

@DIRECTVhelp I have reseted my caches and cookies, still does not solve the problem. Is there anything else i can try?

Ugh!  I too am having trouble logging into my account.  I started service on 8/25/2024 and have not been able to login since creating my account.  I've reset my password, received messages saying I'm trying to use my AT&T login info, etc.  I have literally spent HOURS online with customer service.  I was able to reset my password and login to my account but then the next day, nothing.  I HATE DirecTV AND AT&T for this very reason.  The minute my contract is up, I'm going somewhere else.

You need to use different credentials for the service. Change your email address. Know problem with many posts on the issue. Just login to your DirecTV Stream account and change your email address.

Have not been able to log in to my Direct account for months, used Safari and Firefox browsers, same message every time, this is crap that u can't log in to my account

If you use the same email for two different Dtv/ATT products you need to use a unique email for the user id for Dtv Stream

Same problem, I can log into my directv streaming account on my Roku and phone but can't access the account management on my PC. I get the stupid something went wrong error and it throws me back to the login screen. I've cleared cache and cookies and tried different browsers.


NEED HELP?
