You should never wait until a deal is reached to try and get credit. You should have asked for it while the channels were out. The only way that you may be able to get the credit is to call customer service. They may give it to you. But you are less likely to get it because they have already restored the channels.

The tvpromise.com website that offered the discount no longer offers it. You had almost 2 weeks to claim the credit.
