DIRECTV Stream

This service is an absolute joke…..I have spoken to at least 10 different reps and transferred to multiple departments and no one has been able to fix my problem. I had a sales representative convince me to switch from DIRECTV satellite to DIRECTV stream and it has been a (Edited per community guidelines) show. I have not been able to watch my streaming services but they sure have deducted my monthly payments. I sign into the app on my tv, then asked to reactivate my account from the app on my phone/iPad and receive an invalid user id and password when i just logged in to it on my tv. Beyond frustrated and going on 2 weeks!!!

Don't use the same email to access both services. There have been reports in the past related to that and the symptom is that precisely, a bad credentials message.

Why haven’t all the other reps that I have spoken to not mentioned one single thing about my email address? I needed a break and will try again tomorrow and mention my e-mail. I was tired after being on the phone for almost 2 hrs being transferred from department to department
