Can't log in to Directv Stream--won't accept ID/Password

I got a new tv and downloaded the DirecTV  Stream app.  But when I try to log in, it tells me my ID or Password is wrong.  I went to directv.com/AccountOverview but I can't log in there either.  Then it takes me to the AT&T website and says Oops! your trying to log in to AT&T instead of Directv.  I tried creating a new password, but again it says incorrect and then sends me to AT&T.

What device are you using? Are you a previous DirecTV or AT&T subscriber? Do you have linked accounts?

I switched from Directv satellite to Directv Stream a few months ago.  Works fine on one tv.  Then bought a new Samsung tv for another room in the house, downloaded the Stream app on it, but when it asks for my ID/Password, it says they are invalid.  Tried going to directv.com/AccountOverview on my computer to verify my ID/Password, but there too it says invalid.  I tried to create a new password, but then I get sent to the AT&T website which says I'm logging in to the wrong website.

If you are using the same credentials, then that is the problem. You can't use the same credentials. It confuses the system. You need to use a different logon-id. Login to the DirecTV Stream account and change your email account.
