Cannot access and view DIRECTV billing
I am having difficulty accessing my bill for DIRECTV stream.
A little history: for many years, I had ATT Uverse and home internet. Several months ago, I switched my ATT U-verse to DIRECTV stream.
Now when I log into att.com, it will show my home internet bill. But in order to access the DIRECTV stream portion of the bill, it directs me to DIRECTV login.
I can login, but when I click on access bill, I get the redirecting oidc.idp.clogin.att.com over and over. I have tried it on several devices with the same result.
I am wondering if it has to do with the fact that when I cancelled Uverse and changed to DIRECTV stream, the AT&T rep put it under my old U-verse account login. So, maybe having the same email and login has messed it up? There’s no way I can change it as far as I can see.
I’m curious to see if anyone else is having the same problem?

An update: I tried accessing my DIRECTV stream account from my MacBook, not from an iPad or iPhone. I used Safari and did not go through the ATT app and was able to access my bill. Problem solved 👍
