After I login to my account and then click on account it says access denied or if I try to go to Help center it says access denied. Don't know what to do???need to change credit card info. Thanks Jerry

Clear cache and cookies of your browser, then close all windows and tabs. Then try logging in again. If that doesn't work then it might be an issue from the website migration, since DirecTV and DIRECTV STREAM are being managed by a new co-owner so there is a lot behind the scenes getting updated. At that point calling DirecTV may be needed.
