Whole Home - 6 DVRs total have created 2 groups instead of 1
I have 6 total DVRs
2 DVRs showing each others list.
4 DVRs showing each others list.
obviously, i want all 6 syncing in whole home.
i have tried re-booting each and that isnt fixing the problem.
I recently had my old SWM replaced because there was an issue where i wasn’t receiving a large number of channels.
the new one is a 32 input i believe.
my channel issue has been fixed.
my question is this.
is this occurring due to the physical locations they are plugged into on the SWM?
its not easily accessible so before i go climbing into the attic, i’d like to know if that could even cause this problem?

Do you have a SWM32 Module as that maybe the problem?

The max number of tuners on a newer SWM LNB is 13 you have 12 so don't know why you need 32. If there are 4 coaxes from the dish to it then most likely a SWM 32

I dont know how many coaxials are going in from the dish.
I did some more digging and found some info that with the 32 SWM, they afe grouped by 8 (maximum number per whole home).
I’m assuming the technician didnt get them all in the same group.
Does anyone have a non complicated diagram for 32 SWM and the appropriate hookups?

That is 8 tuners per port so there is no way you can have all 6 DVRs sharing the programs with a SWM32 or even a SWM16. The latest SWM LNB is the RBLNB that will handled 13 tuners, only needs 1 coax from the dish and you can probably use the power inserter that is powering the SWM32. Each DVR needs 2 tuners.

If they put the new one in, is there a way they could have installed it in such a way to give me the problem that I am having?

The “new one” being the RBLNB you mentioned? If so, do you have a diagram showing the proper way to wire it?

No, The coax at the dish screws onto the single port on the RBLBN, the other end connects to the single port on the top of the 8 way SWM splitter then the power inserters "To SWM" port is connected to the red power pass through port, the other open ports are connected to the DVRs one coax to each.

@Maelek
I think what is needed is a SWM RBLNB with on Down lead from the Dish -You are currently Using only 12 SWM Channels +one for the guide. for a total of 13 --The RB and Newer SWM LNBS Support 21 -Channels + one for the Guide. for a total of 22.
I currently Have had one Since 2015 and I Currently Use 19 SWM Channels + one for the guide for a total of 21.
Call 1-800-531-5000 And try for another installer. Or unless your D*TV account for some reason requires your address to have a SWM32?
