Have you tried resetting it?

I have tried resetting it. It was an update that caused it to happen. And I have also tried to use the tv settings and it didn’t fix it. 

Try unplugging the TV for a few minutes.

do you mean the TV app for the TV's "smart" functions?

It is a wireless genie mini box. And an update for the service popped up saying it was gonna update to make sure I had the best picture available or something along those lines. But it ended up messing up my picture. Now the left side of the screen is not visible. It’s like the update made the picture too big. I have a 32” tv

Have you reset the Genie?

I managed to get it fixed. I figured it out. Thank you all for the help
