Technician cancelled 3 times
I have had 3 appointments cancelled on me with no explanation to fix 2 of my satelites. The third appointment was cancelled by automated phone call at the very exact moment I got an email confirming the appointment. This was after I talked to them in the morning about the appointment and they confirmed they would be coming in 3-4 hours.
What in the world can I do? I must have the satelites fixed. I’m at my wits end with them. They never used to be like this. I just keep rebooking the appointment and they keep cancelling.

Hi. I need work on two satellites at my house one in the pool house to connect a TV to it and the main house the satellites not connecting at all
