slow on demand downloads
Can not download and watch on demand shows/movies...getting error message that internet speeds are too slow either wireless or hardwired and that is with no other devices in home connected...surf speeds 50-80 mps on my computer...streaming on other devices etc firestick/smart tvs works great

If you experience buffering during playback, or your title was only partially recorded, it’s likely due to a weak or intermittent internet connection. Delete the title from your playlist, search for it (MENU > Search), and attempt to download it again. Or try another title. Visit DIRECTV On Demand and Pay Per View | DIRECTV Support to learn more.
