RCA Roku TV remote won’t pair

I have an RCA Roku TV. The model number is rtru6527-us. I have gone through all of the codes and it will not pair with the genie mini remote

Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps. Please try these two codes: 11756 or 12049. If it's still not working, let's try to reset the remote to its default factory settings:

  1. Press and hold MUTE and SELECT together until the light flashes three times.

  2. Press 9, 8, 1 and SELECT. The remote flashes four times and should now reset.

Then, try to pair the remote again. Let me know if it works. Christy, DIRECTV Community Specialist

How do I enter codes instead of selecting my tv brand and going through the automatic codes?

I followed the instructions on the link, once again tried all 90 codes!! Still won’t work. Are there any codes for Roku tvs instead of RCA?
