RC73 no longer turns off TV

I have a Samsung TV UN43TU7000FXA with a Genie Mini C61-100 receiver.  Recently, the RC73 no longer turns off the TV when I power off the receiver.  This worked for years until recently and the RC73 still controls the TV volume.  I reprogrammed the RC73 (Mute/Select code 12051) and the problem remains (volume works, no TV power off).  Is there anything else I can try?

Yes DTV has removed the CEC on/off option in the Genie Mini with the last update.

Shame...

CEC (Anyconnect+) was on.  I reset the Genie Mini receive and it fixed the problem.

Where were you able to control the CEC status?

It's no longer in my settings menu, in fact settings is gone, only the info.. and it says HDMI Control is on (used to be called CEC)

I'm running 0x1abc firmware, from may 1 of this year (as shown on the info screen)

So, can you control it? Specifically can you turn it off?

Yeah, the issue is that in certain systems, having HDMI (CEC) control on causes more issues, where other components are also trying to be the "control master".

Typical situation is changing state of one component, and it confuses other components into trying to control themselves... this forum has several active topics with just this issue.

Worse, is that the entire menu to be able to change things is gone... it's just info now,
